Return/Cancellation Policy


If you notify us of your cancellation request until 2 hours before your reservation, the entire amount you paid will be refunded to your card without interruption.


Our refund practices in your other cancellation requests;


If there is less than 2 hours before the vehicle delivery date you specified during the reservation, or if the vehicle is not received on the relevant date without requesting cancellation, the 1-day rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to your credit card, but if your rental total period is 1 day, no refund will be made.


If there is more than 2 hours before the pick up time of your reservation, no deduction will be made.
