How to Make a Reservation?

How to Receive Your Car?
Your reservation will be immediately sent to the relevant office, and the most suitable Eurauto car will be prepared for you. Reservation details will be sent to you via email and SMS.
You only need to go to the office with your reservation details. At our airport offices, you will be greeted with a pageboard showing your name, and your car will be handed over to you in the parking lot.
During the car handover, you will be required to physically show your driver's license. Since new ID cards combined with driver's licenses cannot be checked, the physical presentation of your driver's license will be requested.
How to Return Your Car?
At the end of your rental period, it is enough to return the car to the station you indicated. You can return your car to Eurauto stations. If the pick-up station and return station are different, you can consult the reservation officer for information on the one-way fee.
If you encounter any problems during the rental period, you can reach our authorized staff at the phone number provided to you.
How to Receive Your Invoice?
Once the rental process is completed, your contract will be closed, and your invoice will be prepared within a maximum of seven business days. We can send your invoice to your address by mail or email.
If you would like your invoice to be sent to a different address or delivered by cash on delivery, you just need to specify this request during the reservation.
