Cancellation/Refund Terms

At Eurauto Car Rental, we offer our guests the opportunity to make a "No Prepayment Reservation," allowing you to pay at the office. In the event that you cancel your prepaid reservation, your full payment will be refunded without any deductions. Additionally, if you return the vehicle earlier than the period specified in the contract, the unused days will also be refunded without any deductions.

Rental Conditions

A - The person who signs the vehicle delivery form and accepts the vehicle along with the terms listed in the annexes is the person who receives the vehicle.

B - 1) The person delivering the vehicle will make the vehicle available for use under the following conditions for the specified duration. The person receiving the vehicle declares that the vehicle is sound, undamaged, and complete upon delivery. Additionally, they accept that the vehicle is delivered with a spare tire, jack, documents in compliance with traffic regulations, and other necessary equipment. 2) The person receiving the vehicle is obligated to return the vehicle on the specified day and time. The vehicle must be returned without the need for any warnings or notifications. 3) The person receiving the vehicle is obliged to use the vehicle within the specified usage limits. The vehicle may not be used in the following ways:

Transporting goods that are contrary to customs laws or using the vehicle for illegal activities.
Towing or transporting other objects without the permission of the deliverer.
Participating in races, speed trials, or motor sports.
Carrying more passengers than the number specified by traffic rules.
Transporting passengers or goods for payment.

The person receiving the vehicle must be careful during the usage period and ensure the security of the vehicle. If the vehicle's security is not ensured, the resulting damages will be the responsibility of the user.

In case of theft or any damage to the vehicle, the person receiving the vehicle is liable for compensating all damages.

At the time of returning the vehicle, the necessary documents (registration, license plates, etc.) must be returned along with the vehicle. If these documents are lost, the person receiving the vehicle must cover the costs of obtaining new ones.

In cases of late vehicle return, additional fees may apply.

Periodic maintenance and expenses related to the vehicle's usage and wear will be the responsibility of the user.

The person receiving the vehicle is responsible for any loss or damage to goods transported inside the vehicle.

The rental period is 24 hours, and weekly and monthly rentals are calculated as 7 days and 30 days, respectively.

C) Deposit and Payment Terms:

The person receiving the vehicle is required to pay a deposit for the vehicle. The deposit amount may vary depending on the vehicle type.

At the end of the usage period, the deposit will be twice the calculated amount, and after the final calculation, the balance will be collected.

The user may extend the rental period by notifying at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to increase the deposit amount.

D) Insurance and Damage Situation:

In case of an accident or damage to the vehicle, the person receiving the vehicle is obligated to report the accident and related documents to the deliverer.
The person receiving the vehicle is not allowed to intervene with the damage or accident and must immediately notify the owner of the vehicle.
The person receiving the vehicle is responsible for any damage to the vehicle and any harm caused to third parties.
The person receiving the vehicle is obligated to compensate for all damages not covered by the insurance.
Accidents caused by drivers under the influence of alcohol or drugs are the responsibility of the person receiving the vehicle.
Insurance coverage is limited to the specified limits.
Any legal liability arising from an accident is limited to the established insurance limits.

E) Vehicle Usage and Transportation:

The vehicle may only be used by the person receiving it and cannot be handed over to third parties.
The vehicle owner provides the vehicles only for use within the borders of Turkey, and taking the vehicle abroad is prohibited.

F) Disputes and Jurisdiction:

Any disputes between the parties will be resolved by the Bursa Courts and Enforcement Offices.
Both the person receiving and delivering the vehicle will provide the necessary facilitation for the judicial process to defend each other’s rights.

G) Final Provisions:

The person receiving the vehicle has read and accepted the vehicle delivery form in full.
Any changes will only be valid if made in writing.
